The lodge benefits from a great location with easy access to dining and shopping options nearby. However, my room had maintenance issues, including a coffee maker that didn't work and unclean floors. A clean-up on the ventilation system would greatly improve the comfort. I'd consider staying again.

Loved the easy access to a grocery store and a fishing shop right next door. The cabin maintained its old log charm, and I appreciated the attention to upkeep. Parking right by the door was convenient. However, the HVAC system had homemade controls, making it hard to regulate the temperature. The bathroom door was tricky to close. The website listing was misleading regarding amenities. cabin numbers for AC weren't specified, and I found that disappointing. For the price I paid, I expected better working appliances and fewer outdated furnishings. The room itself, though spacious, felt overpriced for what was offered.

The King Room had a nice space, but the A/C controls were frustrating.

great location but needs some updates
The access to the nearby grocery store and fishing shop was a major convenience for our family. I loved the log cabin's charm and its clean appearance made us feel cozy. The parking right by our cabin was super handy, especially with kids in tow.
However, the HVAC system could use better controls for easier temperature regulation.
